摘　　要：在旅游发展过程中对生态环境的保护和资源的有效利用已成为一个深刻的话题,西部地区的旅游业要想获得长远持续的发展,必须以生态目标为导向。本文主要分析了旅游业的生态属性、生态旅游业的涵义和旅游业的生态目标,并探讨了西部旅游业生态目标追求的必要性,从政府、旅游企业和社会三个层面提出了西部旅游业生态目标追求的研究策略。In the process of tourism development, eco-environmental protection and the efficient use of resources has become a hot topic. In order to obtain long-term sustainable development in western region, we must aim at ecology-oriented tourism industry. This paper analyzes the ecological attributes of tourism industry, the meaning of eco-tourism industry and the ecological goals of tourism industry, and explores the importance of pursuing ecological goals of western tourism industry in view of the need from the govemment, tourism enterprises and society.
