摘　　要：周围神经毒性是奥沙利铂的临床剂量限制性毒性,随着对其机制的认识,临床上已有一些预防和治疗其毒性的药物,目前报道有预防和治疗作用的药物主要有钙镁合剂、卡马西平、阿米硫定、谷胱甘肽等。现就奥沙利铂神经毒性的机制及临床预防和治疗药物的进展做一综述。Peripheral neurotoxicity is the clinic - dose limited effect of oxaliplatin. Several chemoprotectant compounds have been tried to prevent and treat its side effect. Some drugs, including calcium magnesium solutions, carbamazepine, amifostine and glutathione, etc, are reported to have some effects of treatment and prevention on it. This article reviews the progress in prevention and treatment of oxaliplatin - induced peripheral neurotoxicity.
