腹丛刺为主治疗慢性非菌性前列腺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察腹丛刺治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效,进一步探索腹丛刺的适应证范围。方法:将87例慢性非菌性前列腺炎病例随机分为腹丛刺组(44例)和西药组(43例)。腹丛刺组采用针刺腹丛刺为主,腹丛刺取穴以中极穴为中心,向左右两侧各找1个点,即髂前上棘向内侧旁开2寸,连成1条弧线,左右共分成4等份,共9个刺激点;西药组口服舍尼通片。结果:腹丛刺组有效率100.0%,药物组有效率69.8%,2组有效率差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:以腹丛刺为主治疗慢性非菌性前列腺炎有较好疗效。Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of abdominal cluster-needling on chronic non-bacterial prostatitis and to probe into indications of abdominal cluster-needling. Methods Eighty-seven cases of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis were randomly divided into an abdominal cluster-needling group （n=44） and a western medicine group （n=43）. The abdominal cluster-needling group were treated mainly with abdominal cluster-needling at the 9 stimulating points, i.e. with Zhongji （CV 3） as the center, and each one point on both sides, 2 cun median lateral to anterior superior iliac spine were linked into a pitch arc, which was divided into 4 equal parts each on both sides; the western medicine group were treated with oral administration of Prostat Tablets. Their therapeutic effects were ob- served. Results The total effective rate was 100.0~ in the abdominal cluster-needling group and 69. 8% in the western medicine group with a very significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Abdomi- nal cluster-needling has a better therapeutic effect on chronic non-bacterial prostatitis.
