摘  要:目的:探讨电针"丰隆"穴对高脂血症大鼠血脂的调节作用及作用机制。方法:将80只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组(喂基础饲料)、模型组(喂高脂饲料)、电针组(喂高脂饲料+电针"丰隆")、西药组(喂高脂饲料+普伐他汀钠灌胃)。检测各组大鼠治疗前后血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)以及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的含量变化。结果:①与正常组比较,模型组大鼠体重、TC、TG、LDL-C、ET水平显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),HDL-C、NO和CGRP水平明显降低(P<0.05)。②与模型组比较,西药组、电针组大鼠体重、TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显降低(P<0.01),NO和CGRP水平显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。③与电针组比较,西药组HDL-C水平显著升高(P<0.01),ET水平降低但两组之间差异没有显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:①电针组和西药组均对高脂血症大鼠TC、TG、LDL-C、NO以及CGRP具有较好的良性调节作用,并可在一定程度上降低ET水平。Objective To probe the regulative effect of electroacupuncture (EA) at "Fenglong" (ST 40) on blood lipids in hyperlipidemia (HLP) rats and the mechanism. Methods Eighty Wistar rats were randomly divided into a normal group (fed with basal forage), a model group (fed with high fat forage), an EA group (fed with high fat forage + EA treatment), a western medicine group (fed with high fat forage + Pravastatin sodium). Contents of serum total cholesterol (TC), triacylglycerol (TG), high density lipoproteirrcholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), endothelin (ET), nitric oxide (NO) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) were determined before and after treatment. Results Compared with the normal group, the body weight, levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and ET were significantly elevated (P〈0. 05 ,P〈0.01) and the levels of HDL-C, NO and CGRP were significantly decreased (P〈0.05) in the model group; compared with the model group, the body weight, levels of TC, TG and LDL-C were significantly decreased (P〈0.01) and the levels of NO and CGRP were significantly increased in the western medicine group and the EA group (P〈0.01, P〈0.05); compared with the EA group, HDL-C level significantly increased in the western medicine group (P〈0.01), and ET level decreased in the EA group and the western medicine group with no significant difference between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion Both EA and Pravastatin sodium have better benign regulative effects on TC, TG, LDL-C, NO arid CGRP and can decrease ET level to a certain extent in the rat of hyperlipidemia.
