脂肪族水性聚氨酯皮革光亮剂的合成研究

摘　　要：研究了以聚己内酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为主要原料合成水性聚氨酯皮革光亮剂。探讨了n(-NCO)/n(-OH)、分子质量的大小、有机硅烷偶联剂(KH-550)、交联剂三羟甲基丙烷对水性聚氨酯性能的影响,并对产品进行了差示扫描热力学分析和红外谱图的表征。Aqueous polyurethane leather finishing agent was synthesized mainly with PCL （polycaprolactone polyol） and IPDI （ isophorone diisocyanate）. The effects of the ratio of n （NCO）/n （ OH ） , the molecular size range, silane coupling agent （ KH - 550 ）, TMP （ trimethylol propane） to aqueous polyurethane was discussed, thermal properties of the samples were measured using DSC （differential scanning calorimetry） and analysis of FTIR（fourier transform infrared spectroscopy）.
