摘　　要：文章从新形势下医院发展面临的机遇和挑战出发，分析了党的十七大报告对我国医院管理提出的新要求，着重指出医院落实科学发展观要始终遵循医疗卫生事业发展的内在规律和社会主义市场经济的发展规律；并从坚持统筹兼顾协调的发展原则、坚持以人为本的服务理念和提升医院管理层领导力三方面阐述了医院在实现又好又快发展过程中需注意的关键问题。The paper introduces the opportunities and challenges for hospital development under the new situation, and indicates the new requirements for hospital management set by the Report to the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It is emphasized that to thoroughly apply the scientific outlook on development, the hospital should grasp the inherent laws on the development of public health undertakings and actively adapt to the laws governing the development of the socialist market economy. The key issues to ensure the sound and rapid development of hospital are elucidated, which include persisting in the principle of overall consideration and balanced development, persisting in service idea of people-oriented, and improving the leadership of hospital management.
