摘　　要：目的:探讨Richard钉结合抗旋转螺钉治疗不稳定型转子间骨折的疗效。方法:38例不稳定型转子间骨折(按Evan分型:Ⅲ型28例,Ⅳ型10例)明确诊断后采用Richard钉结合抗旋转螺钉内固定治疗。结果:经6～48个月随访,疗效满意,总优良率94.7%。结论:Richard钉结合抗旋转螺钉治疗不稳定型转子间骨折较单独Richard钉更具生物力学稳定性,疗效满意。Objective：To discuss the curative effect of the combined application of Richard nail and antiwhirl nail in treating unstable intertrochanterie fracture.Methods：38 cases of unstable intertrochanteric fractures （According to Evan＇s classification,28 cases were type Ⅲ and 10 cases were type Ⅳ） were treated with the combined application of Richard nail and antiwhirl nail fixation after confirmafive diagnosis.Results：AU patients were followed up for 6-48 months.The curative effect was satisfying and the excellent and good rate was 94.7%.Conclusion ：The combined application of Richard nail and antiwhirl nail bear more biomechanical stability than solo application of Richard nail fixation in treating unstable intertrochanteric fracture.
