亚蝗微粒子虫毒饵防治东亚飞蝗的研究

摘　　要：用亚蝗微粒子虫毒饵在室内和田间防治东亚飞蝗的试验结果表明，饵料含孢量约１×１０１２个／ｋｇ，投放量２ｋｇ／６６７ｍ２，于蝗蝻２龄期施用，１４ｄ内可获得８７．A microbial insecticide Nosema asiaticus, applied in wheat bran bait formulation, were evaluated for control of Locusta migratoria manilensis under lab and field conditions Lab tests with 2nd instar nymphs showed that the rate of 0 6-1 17×10 12 spores per kg bran produced more mortality than that of 0 1-0 3×10 12 spores per kg bran In field tests, bran bait with 1×10 12 spores per kg bran was applied at 30 kg/ha After 48 and 72 hr of application ca 200 nymphs from each plots were caught and reared in cages to examine the effect of tests The best result was obtained from the plot where 90% of nymphs were in the 2nd instar 87 8% mortality was attained within two weeks after bait application
