乳腺良性疾病采用乳晕外周切口美容效果的初步观察

摘　　要：目的:观察皮内缝合乳晕外周切口的美容效果和切口部位与术后乳头乳晕区感觉的关系。方法:回顾性分析2007年4月～6月我院62例乳腺良性疾病手术患者,均采用皮内缝合乳晕外周切口,其中双侧10例,共72侧,病理诊断:乳管内乳头状瘤36侧,乳腺囊性增生病26侧,乳房纤维腺瘤5侧,炎性改变3侧,男性乳腺增生症2侧,随访2～3个月,观察切口瘢痕和乳头乳晕区感觉。结果:随访44例,切口全部Ⅰ/甲愈合。36例(81.8%)对切口瘢痕满意,8例(18.2%)对切口瘢痕不满意。乳头乳晕感觉正常者24例(54.5%),感觉障碍者20例(45.5%)。结论:皮内缝合乳晕外周切口,术后瘢痕不明显,能获得理想的美学效果。术后乳头乳晕区感觉与乳晕外周切口位置的选择有关。Objective To observe the aesthetic effect of periareolar incision using subcuticular suture and the postoperative sensation of nipple-areloar complex with different incisions. Methods Retrospective study of 62 cases of benign breast diseases with periareolar incision using subcuticular suture was carried out from April 2007 to June 2007.72 sides of incision were obtained,including 10 cases of bilateral sides （breast intraductal papilloma,36 sides： hyperplasia of mammary glands,26 sides： breast fibroadenoma,5 sides： lump of mammitis,3 sides： gynecomastia,2 sides）.The follow-up period was 2-3 months.The scar of the periareolar incision and sensation of nipple-areloar complex were observed. Results 44 cases were followed up.All incisions healed well.36 cases （81.8%） were satisfied with the scar while 8 cases （18.2%）were not.24 cases （54.5%）obtained normal sensation of nipple-areloar complex after operation while 20 cases （45.5%）had sensory disability. Conclusion Excellent aesthetic effect was obtained with periareolar incision using subcuticular suture.The scar was not obvious. The sensation of nipple-areloar complex was related to the position of periareolar incision.
