摘 要:为了改善针布齿条淬火时的变形开裂倾向性,使其最终性能均匀,研究了针布齿条专用高碳低合金钢丝经过不同程度拉拔变形后,在相同球化退火工艺下具有差异的球化退火组织,并且比较了经较大拉拔变形后钢丝退火前后的组织差异,以及该钢丝经轧制前后的组织变化情况。指出:在相同的球化退火工艺下,随着拉拔量的增加,其球化效果越来越好,球粒状碳化物的均匀性和圆整度改善明显;经过较大塑性变形的钢丝进行球化退火,因其球状碳化物的均匀性和圆整度已经稳定,故对其球化效果影响甚小。In order to solve the problem of crack deformation tendency of the quenched steel wires for a uni- form structure, development is done to the special wire of hi-carbon and low alloy, finding that there is variation of spheroidizing annealing processed structure under the same spheroidizing annealing process once drawed. Comparative analysis is done to the variation of marked drawed wire before or after the annealing process,as well as the deformation of structure. Conclusion is made that under the same process ,the more drawing,the better result of spheroidizing effect,in other words, uniformity and roundness of granule carbonization is improved markedly. For the wire of the marked plasticized deformation , the spheroidizing effect of the wire is less impacted because of the stabilized uniformity and roundness of granule carbonization once annealing processed .
