摘　　要：为了提高低硬度高弹性胶辊的综合使用性能,满足重定量、大牵伸的工艺要求,从胶管胶料配方的优选到采用合理的加工工艺、使用先进的检测仪器等几个方面进行了分析,以提高综合填料的分散度、胶辊表面的粗糙度并延长胶辊使用寿命;说明在选用铝衬管胶管结构时,采用进口冷喂料挤出机挤出成型及进口高精度切割机切割,加之正确定制轴承、合理使用夹具,可以保证铝衬管胶管与轴承垂直压套,防止机械波的产生,提高棉纱条干水平。In order to upgrade the general performance of the cot with low rigidity and hi-elasticity for the process of heavy ration and big draft, analysis is done to the optimization of the rubber material to scientific process plus the advanced detection meter for the purpose of improving the dispersity of the material, the roughness of the cot surface and the service life. Conclusion is made that when alu-lined structure is used, tight vertical press-fit with the bearing can be guaranteed through cold extruding formation from the imported extruder,precise cutting from the imported cutting tools plus correct order of the bearing and correct use of the gripping tool, hence mechanical wave avoided and high evenness of cotton sliver.
