脉冲发电机组轴系 振动分析及现场动平衡

摘  要:1台125MVA脉冲发电机组在更换电动机转子线圈后,当机组加速接近1800r/min时发生剧烈振动,对电动机转子几次配重平衡均无效果。分析认为,振动原因是转子滑环侧外伸端太长。在对转子外伸端进行配重后,脉冲发电机组的轴系振动完全达到了要求,最大的轴承振动值在一阶临界转速(1800r/min)时小于35μm,在2990r/min时小于25μm。After replacement of the rotor windings of the a synchronous motor, severe vibration occurred on a 125 MVA pulsed motor - driven Generator as it sped up to near 1800 r/min. Counter -weight balancing of the motor rotor for several times, but effectiveness hadn't obtained. It is believed from analysis that the cause of vibration may be the extension end with slip ring of the rotor is too long. After counter weighting on the extension end of the rotor, shafting vibration of the pulsed motor -driven generator can meet all the requirements. The max. vibration peak -value of the bearing is less than 35 μm under the first order critical speed of 1800 r/min, and less than 25 μm under 2980 r/m.
