汽包锅炉热化学试验的必要性和实效性探讨

摘　　要：随着机组容量的增大、参数的提高,蒸汽溶解杂质的能力增强,机械携带系数也明显增加。汽包锅炉热化学试验是保证汽水品质的一项重要措施。介绍合理选择热化学试验项目的方法,并对试验内容、试验条件的优化进行了探讨,同时结合现场案例进行了分析。Along with increasing the capacity of units, enhancing their parameters, and strengthening the capability of steam for dissolving foreign matters, the mechanical entrained coefficient is also obviously increased. The thermo- chemical test of drum boilers is an important measure to guarantee the steam - water quality. Resonable selection of the test items has been presented, and an approach to optimize the test content and test condition being made, at the same time, combining with a case in the field, the analysis being carried out.
