摘 要:用荧光光谱法研究了麝香草酚(THY)在β-环糊精、CTMAB和牛血清白蛋白介质体系中的荧光增敏作用,以及缓冲溶液和溶液的pH值对THY荧光强度的影响,用三维荧光光谱佐证了增敏作用机理,实验结果表明,在6.672×10^9-5.338×10^-8mol·L范围时,荧光强度与THY浓度之间呈现良好的线性关系。提出了应用荧光光谱法测定THY的新方法。The enhanced fluorescence action of THY was studied when the CTMAB,β-CD, BSA system were added by fluorescence spectrum in this topic. The cushion solution and pH of solutions have affected with fluorescence intensity. The mechanism of enhanced fluorescence was explained strongly by three-dimensional fluorescence spectra. The results showed that the fluorescence intensity had a linear relationship with the concentration of 5-mel-2-isopropylphenol in the range of 6. 672 × 10 ^-9 - 5. 338× 10^-8 mol/L. A new method which determines THY content was proposed. It is applicable to analyse and detect THY in the body fluid and pharmaceuticals.
