摘 要:合成了新荧光试剂水杨醛-2-羧基苯腙(SACPH)。研究了试剂与汞的荧光反应新体系的最适宜条件。在pH6.0的NH4Ac—HCl缓冲溶液中,该试剂与汞离子形成稳定的络合物,金属与试剂的组成比为1:1,λex/em=316.8/456.0nm。所建立汞的荧光分析方法的线性范围为0.5~100.0μg/L,检出限为0.2μg/L,方法成功地应用于矿泉水、纯净水及工业废水中痕量汞的测定。A new fluorescent reagent, salicyladehyde-2-carboxy-phenylhydrazone (SACPH), was synthesized and the optimum conditions for its fluorescence reaction with mercury ions (Hg^2+ ) was studied in detail. Based on the stable Hg^2+- SACPH complex, a spectrofluorimetric method was developed for the determination of Hg^2+ in a buffer solution( NH4Ac - HCl) of pH 6. The fluorescent excitation and emission wavelengths of the complex were at 316.8 nm and 456.0 nm, respectively, The molar ratio of aluminium to reagent was found to be 1 : 1. The linear range of the method was 0.5 - 100.0 μg/L and the detection limit was 0.2 μg/L. The proposed method has been used for the determination of trace mercury in mineral water, purified water and industrial waste water with satisfactory results.
