摘　　要：缩减收入分配差距,既是全社会关注的焦点,更是构建社会主义和谐社会的题中应有之义。"调高、扩中、提低"成为构筑和谐社会中收入分配秩序的基本政策取向。社会团体作为一种新的资源配置体制,可以弥补政府和企业这两种资源配置体制的不足,实现对收入分配的调节,为构建和谐社会的收入分配秩序发挥作用。Narrowing the gap in income distribution is not only the attention focus of the whole society, but a necessity in building harmonious socialist society. ＂Regulating the high, expanding the middle and raising the low＂ becomes a basic policy in the construction of income distribution order for harmonious socialist society. NGO, a new resources distribution system, can make up the shortage in government and enterprise distribution system, realize regulation and adjustment of income distribution, and play a role in constructing harmonious socialist society income distribution order.
