摘 要:运用基于科艾(Kooij)定律而非Arrhenius定律的燃烧特征方程和一种特殊因子(温度平方与升温速率之比乘以燃烧加速度与燃烧速率之比)研究不同升温速率和颗粒尺寸实验条件下的燃烧特性。使用德国的NETZSCH STA 409C热重分析仪进行2组实验——5种不同升温速率(10,20,30,40及50K·min^-1)和5种不同的颗粒尺寸(〈72,72~100100~120,120—180及180-225μm)。实验表明了随着升温速率的增加,温度延迟增加,灰分含量减少,燃尽温度增加:随着颗粒尺寸的减小,挥发分开始析出并燃烧的温度降低,燃烧峰值提高,燃烧峰宽变窄,灰分含量增加。The combustion characteristic with different heating rates and particle sizes was studied using a new combustion characteristic equation based on the Kooij law instead of the Arrhenius law and a special factor (the ratio between temperature square and the heating rate multiplying the ratio between the combustion acceleration and the combustion rate) were developed. Using a NETZSCH STA 409C thermo-balance, three groups of experiments were designed: five different heating rates (10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 K× min^-1) and five different particle sizes (〈72, 72-100 100-120, 120-180 and 180-225 μm). The experimental results indicate that with the heating rate increasing, the temperature delay increases, the ash content decreases and the burnout temperature increases; with the particle size decreasing, the ignite temperature of the volatile decreases, the combustion peak value increases, the peak width of combustion narrowed and the ash content increases.
