摘 要:采用热重–质谱联用仪对稻秆、玉米秆和玉米芯3种生物质的燃烧特性进行了实验研究,讨论了氧量对其燃烧特性的影响,提出采用相对失重速率来描述其燃烧特性指数。结果表明:氧量对燃烧模式有一定的影响。稻秆和玉米芯燃尽温度受氧量影响明显,而玉米秆则相反。对于同一种生物质,随着氧量的增加,综合燃烧特性指数增大,各气体析出温度范围减小,析出终温增大,氧量对3种生物质主要燃烧气体产物析出的影响程度依次为:稻秆>玉米芯>玉米秆。3种生物质的燃烧过程可采用2段1级反应模型来很好地描述,在不同氧量条件下,3种生物质的燃烧活化能E与指前因子A存在动力学补偿效应。Three samples of biomass including rice straw, corn straw and Corn cob were analyzed by using TG-MS analyzer The effect of oxygen concentration on combustion characteristics was discussed, and relative weight loss velocity was adopted to describe combustion characteristics. Results show that combustion mode is affected by oxygen concentration. Burnout temperatures of rice straw and corn cob are evidently affected by oxygen content, but corn straw is contrary. For the same biomass material, comprehensive combustion characteristics index increases with increase of oxygen concentration. Releasing temperature range of gas products decreases and releasing final temperature increases. The effect degree of oxygen concentration on releasing gas products is as follows: rice straw〉corncob〉corn straw. Combustion process can be well described by using two stage models with one order. Under different oxygen content, kinetic compensation relationship exists between combustion activation energy and proponent factor.
