摘 要:选取某石化热电厂100MW燃煤锅炉的新式整体脱硫工艺(novel integrated desulfurization,NID)半干法烟气脱硫装置为研究对象,对其入炉煤样、底渣、预除尘器灰、新鲜脱硫剂、循环脱硫混合灰和烟气等进行了取样分析研究,获得了汞排放浓度数据,得到了NID系统的汞平衡。实验结果表明NID半干法脱硫装置可以脱除高达86.6%-92.2%的汞,对燃煤电厂汞排放的控制效果明显。还采用激光粒度分析仪LS200对烟气中的飞灰、进入NID系统的新鲜脱硫剂和循环脱硫灰进行粒径分析,并初步解释了NID反应器的催化氧化和吸附脱汞机理。The novel integrating desulfurization (NID) and precipitation technology has been applied to 100MW unit of a power plant in China. Samples of feeding coal, bottom ash, fly ash, desulfurizafion sorbent and flue gas were taken at the inlet and outlet of the pollution control devices from the coal fired power plants to evaluate the mercury emission. The results show that the NID process can remove the Hg(g) from the flue gas as high as 86.6%-02.2%, and have an efficient control of mercury emission for the coal-fired power plant. The laser size analyzer was also applied to investigate the surface area of the fly ash and the fresh Ca(OH)2. The mechanism of depriving of the mercury from the flue gas by the NID system was explained clearly based on catalytic oxidation and adsorption reaction process.
