摘  要:目的探讨乳酸脱氢酶、腺苷脱氨酶在胸腹水检测中的临床应用价值。方法采用美国贝克曼公司LX20全自动生化分析仪对临床来源的80例胸腹水进行乳酸脱氢酶和腺苷脱氨酶测定。结果滤出性胸腹水LDH和ADA水平依次为(105.42±54.57)u/L和(19.95±9.79)u/L;结核性胸腹水组LDH和ADA依次为(81.24±18.50)u/L和(66.57±20.46)u/L;肿瘤性胸腹水LDH和ADA依次为(409.57±148.54)u/L和(20.33±9.06)u/L。结核性胸腹水组ADA水平明显较肿瘤性胸腹水组和滤出性胸腹水组高(P<0.01),肿瘤性胸腹水组LDH水平明显较结核性胸腹水组和滤出性胸腹水组高(P<0.01)。结论LDH和ADA是结核性胸腹水和肿瘤性胸腹水鉴别诊断的良好指标。Objective To determine the activity levels of lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and adenosine deaminase (ADA) in the pleural fluid and peritoneal fluid for diagnosing tuberculosis or tumour pleurisy and peritonitis. Methods Of 80 cases, the LDH and ADA activity of pleural fluid or peritoneal fluid were tested by LX20 automatic biochemistry analyzer. Results In percolate group, the activity levels of LDH and ADA were (105.42 ± 54. 57)u/L and (19.95 ± 9.79)u/L, respectively. In tubercle group, it were (81.24±18.50)u/L and (66.57±20.46)u/L respectively. In tumour group,it were (409.57±148.54)u/L and (20.33±9.06)u/ L respectively. ADA activity of tubercle group was obviously higher than that of tumour group or percolate group(P〈0.01). LDH activity of tumour group was higher than that of tubercle group or percolate group(P〈0.01). Conclusion The activities of LDH and ADA are beneficial in differential diagnosis of inflammatory pleural fluid or peritoneal fluid.
