明兴纳克中醋酸钠含量测定方法的改进

摘　　要：目的改良了血液透析及相关治疗浓缩物（明兴纳克）中醋酸钠含量的测定方法。方法HPLC法，采用Rezex ROA-Organic Acid H^＋柱，以0．015mol·L^-1硫酸溶液为流动相，流速为0．6ml·min^-1，检测波长220nm。结果醋酸钠在10．22～81.80μg质量范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0．999997），平均回收率99．9％（RSD=0．3％）。结论本法与原方法比较，操作简便，快速准确，稳定、重复性好。Objective A method for determination of Concentrates for haemodialysis and related therapies（Mingxing Nake） was established. Methods HPLC, Using a Rezex ROA-Organic Acid H^＋ column, the mobile phases is 0. 015mol ·L^-1 sulfuric acid, the flow rate is 0.6 ml · min^-1, the detector wavelength is 220nm. Results The linearity is good for sodium acetate within the range of 10.22-81.80ug （r=0.999997）, the mean average recovery is 99.9% and RSD is 0.3%.Conclusion The improved method is simple ,rapid, reproducible and accurate. It is suitable for controlling the assay of sodium acetate.
