摘 要:特高压直流试验基地最高工作电压远景设计为±1 200 kV,对±800 kV试验线段、电晕笼和电源场之间的连接导线进行选择,比较管母线及分裂软导线性能参数,结合工期及场地限制,该工程选用了圆管型铝管母线。根据管母线额定工作电压高,额定工作电流小的特点,按电晕条件确定铝管外径,采用了外径为300mm的悬吊式铝镁硅合金管母线,按机械刚度和强度条件、载流量等进行校验合格。此种大直径悬吊式管母线在国内电力系统的应用尚属首次。The future maximum working voltage of the UHVDC testing site is ±1 200 kV. The conductor connecting ±800 kV test section, corona cage, and power supply yard is selected. By comparing tubular bus and bundled conductor parameters, and considering construction schedule and site limit, aluminum tube is selected for this project. Because the tubular bus has high rated working voltages and low rated working current, Al-Mg-Si alloy tube with an outer diameter of 300 mm is selected as suspended tubular bar based on corona condition. And it is verified based on mechanical rigidity and stiffness conditions, and current bearing capacity, etc. It is the first time that such size suspended tubular bar is used by domestic power industry.
