摘  要:现行的发电机漏氢标准没有综合考虑发电机机壳内的气体容积、额定氢气压力以及轴端密封形式。发电机漏氢量实际上已经包含了溶解在氢侧密封油回油中且被带走的氢气。当发电机采用单流环密封结构时,由于所溶解的氢气量比较大,应予以考虑。建议发电机漏氢标准以漏氢率为基准,并将单流环密封结构与双流环密封结构区分开。发电机的漏氢量标准可由漏氢率标准换算取得。Current generator hydrogen leakage standard does not take into account of gas volume inside generator case, nominal hydrogen pressure, and shaft seal types. The generator hydrogen leakage actually includes the hydrogen that is dissolved in recovery seal oil on the hydrogen side and being taken away. When single flow seal is used, because of larger hydrogen dissolving, aforementioned effect should be considered. It is recommended that using hydrogen leakage rate as standard and differentiating single flow seal regions and double flow seal regions. Generator hydrogen leakage standard can be obtained from converting hydrogen leakage rate standard.
