摘  要:目的建立高效液相色谱一蒸发光散射检测器法测定益气强身颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法色谱条件为ZORBAXE clipse XDB-C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);检测器(漂移管温度,106℃;载气,空气;流速,2.7L/min);流动相,乙腈-水梯度洗脱;流速,1mL/min。结果黄芪甲苷在0.0388-0.2328mg/mL范围内呈线性关系,r=0.9999.加样回收率为97.2%,相对标准偏差为2.6%。结论该方法灵敏,准确,可用于益气强身颗粒的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the determination the content of astragaloside Ⅳ in Yiqiqiangshen granules by high performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detector. Methods The chromatographic column was ZORBAX C18. The drift tube temperature was 106℃ and the evaporative gas was air. The flow rate was 2.7 L/ min. The mobile phase was gradient elution of acetonitrile-water and the flow rate was 1 mL/min. Results This method was showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 0388-0. 2328 mg/ mL astragaloside IV. The average recovery was 97.2% and relative standard deviation was being 2.6 %. Conclusion The method is sensitive and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Yiqiqiangshen granules.
