摘 要:借助自由基接枝共聚法在纤维素纤维(CF)表面形成聚丙烯腈(PAN)覆盖层,制取了皮芯复合聚丙烯腈-纤维素纤维(s/cPAN-CF)。在氢氧化钠溶液中将s/cPAN-CF进行水解得到了皮芯复合聚丙烯酸水凝胶纤维(s/cPAA-CF)。运用X射线光电子能谱法(XPS)和红外光谱法(IR)分析了水解反应过程中间产物及最终产物。通过水解生成水凝胶皮层是一个复杂的化学反应过程,它可分为反应速率及产物成分明显不同的三个反应阶段,而芯体纤维(CF)则不发生任何实质性的化学变化。Chemical changes in the hydrolysis reaction processes of skin-core composite polyacrylonitrile fibers were investigated. Skin-core composite polyacrylonitrile cellulose fibers (s/c PAN-CF) were made by grafting acrylonitrile(AN) onto cellulose fibers(CF). The s/c PAN-CF were trans- formed into the s/c PAA-CF by hydrolysis with NaOH aq. solution. The s/c PAN-CF, their hydroly- sis-intermadiates and the final products were analyzed by means of XPS and IR. Crenerating of the hydrogel skin layers through the hydrolysis process is a complicated chemical process which includes three reaction stages differentiated from their reaction rates and chemical components, however, no any essential chemical changes are take place on the core-fibers (CF).
