摘  要:以无定形二氧化硅为起始原料,与乙二醇、氢氧化钾反应,生成高反应活性的五配位硅钾化合物,再与2-氯乙醇反应生成双羟基四配位硅化合物(DHTS)。并以DHTS为前驱体与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)反应,用BPO引发聚合,在酸催化下通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了PMMA/四配位硅杂化材料。并用IR光谱表征了杂化材料的结构;同时研究了其硬度、透光率、热稳定性等问题。A highly active penta-coordinate silicon complex was prepared by the reaction of silica with ethylene glycol in the presence of potassium hydroxide. A double hydroxyl tetra-coordinate silicon was prepared by the reaction of this penta-coordinate silicon complex with 2-chloride ethanol. And the PMMA/tetra-coordinate silicon hybrid materials was prepared by the reaction of the double hydroxyl tetra:coordinate silicon compound with MMA, KH-570, using 13]70 as initiator and hydrolyzed by acid catalysis through Sol-Gel. The structure of hybrid materials had been characterized by FT-IR and the rigidity, light transmittance, thermal-stability of hybrid materials also had been researched.
