摘  要:三聚氰胺甲醛树脂是热固性高聚物,成纤性差,成纤纤维韧性差;通过苯代三聚氰胺、聚乙烯醇(PVA)对三聚氰胺树脂进行改性,提高了树脂溶液的可纺性,所制纤维的柔韧性得到了提高。通过红外光谱、SEM、TG-DTA研究了纤维的结构、形态及耐热性。Melamine formaldehyde resin is a thermosetting polymer, spinnability and flexibility of fiber are poor. Melamine formaldehyde resin which modified with benzoguanamine, PVA and some others modified reagents can develop spin fibers with excellent spinnability, and the fibers have more flexibility and intensity, studied Influences of content of benzoguanamine and reagent on the viscosity, The fiber structure, appearance and flame-retardant capability were studied by means of the IR, SEM and TG-DTA. The results show content of benzoguanamine is 62%, content of reagent is 60%, the surface of modified melamine fiber is glazed, and the fiber has excellent flame retardant performance.
