摘 要:采用反渗透工艺对含氰电镀废水进行处理,考察了处理效果。结果表明,反渗透膜对氰化物的截留率>90%,对溶解性总盐类物质的截留率>95%。处理过程中,浓缩液的pH稳定在碱性范围内,透过液的pH值略高于浓缩液的。随着浓缩倍数的增加浓缩液的温度略有上升,但在试验的浓度范围内,浓缩液的温度均低于膜元件的最高操作温度。当浓缩倍数为2时,透过液的氰化物浓度可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的一级标准要求。透过液经离子交换后可回用于生产,浓缩液中的镀种金属具有回收价值。Reverse osmosis (RO) process was used for cyanide-containing plating wastewater treatment, and the treatment effect was investigated. The results show that the rejection rates of cyanide and total dissolved salts are more than 90% and 95% respectively. The pH value of concentrated liquid is stable in the alkalescence range, and the pH value of permeation liquid is little higher than that of concentrated liquid. Temperature of concentrated liquid increases with concentration factor increasing, and is lower than the membrane highest operation temperature. The concentration of cyanide in the permeation liquid can meet the first class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 - 1996) when the concentration factor is 2. Permeation liquid can be reused for the production process after treated by ion exchange, and metals in the concentrated liquid can be recycled economically.
