摘　　要：网络环境下用户信息需求的变化导致信息服务方式、范围发生变化,阐述了网络环境下图书馆信息服务体系的服务原则、组织结构、信息处理流程、质量评价标准。Under the network environment the user＇s information demand changed,it causes the way and the scope of information service to change.This article elaborated the service principle,the organizational structure,and the information processing flow,the quality evaluation criteria of library information service system under the network environment.
