摘　　要：农民是新农村建设的主体,培养造就新型农民是新农村建设的关键环节与核心内容。地方高校图书馆为新型农民的培养服务不仅是必要的,而且是可行的。应利用自身优势,从提供文献信息、技术、场所,培训农民,举办各种活动等多种途径来为新型农民的打造提供平台,促进农民素质的全面提高和新农村建设的健康发展。In the rural construction the peasants are the main body.The critical link and key content is to train and bring up new peasants.It＇s necessary and feasible for the local university library to serve the peasants.The library should make use of its advantage to provide document information,technology,and places,train peasants,hold various activities.In this way it provides a platform for peasants training.And so it can boost the rising of peasant quality and the healthy developing of the new rural construction.
