摘　　要：本文总结了在加强机动卫勤分队建设上,建立顺畅高效的指挥机制,铸牢敢打必胜的战斗精神,编满配强精干的专业队伍,细化方案,增大投入,严抓训练等做法,确保了机动卫勤分队保障综合能力不断提升。To strengthen construction of mobile medical unit and ensure the improvement of general support abilities continuously, many measures should be carried out as setting up effective command mechanism, founding fighting spirit of daring to fight and ensuring the victory, outfitting capable service team, increasing input and improving training quality etc.
