摘　　要：为提高病历质量,强化管理措施,笔者随机抽查了某医院2003年11月至2006年10月住院病历24 825份,甲级病案率为95.82%,对影响病历质量的因素进行了分析,并针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策。To strengthen management and improve the qualities of medical records, 24 825 medical records of inpa-tients in the hospital were checked from November, 2003 to October, 2006 and the excellent rate was 95.82%.Then the influence factors were analyzed and the countermeasures were put forward.
