摘　　要：当前外科医学迅速发展,但我国目前尚未建立统一的手术准入标准,手术的管理制度亦不完善。本文结合当前医院实际,从管理机制、分级标准、资质要求、准入条件、监督处罚机制等方面,对外科系统手术准入管理开展了较全面的改革与实践。Surgical medicine develops rapidly, however, currently there is no unified standard for permitting operation, and management on operation system is not perfect. Based on hospital experiences, the author proposed to reform qualification management of operations from aspects as management mechanism, operation classification, technical post and category of operation, standard and process for permitting operation etc.
