摘　　要：本文阐述了《军区卫生机关信息管理服务系统》研制的背景目的、设计思想、结构功能,强调信息资源开发利用必须站在为整体卫生工作建设发展服务的高度,采取信息资源规划的方法T,注重整体设计,强化集成应用。通过深入的数据挖掘,实现卫生管理业务与管理过程的关联、管理制度与制度落实的关联、局部医疗服务与整体保障效能的关联、把微观卫生服务与宏观卫生决策一致起来,以信息链贯穿管理链,确保军队卫生工作管理科学、保障高效、管控有力。The background, design idea and function were introduced about the information system for sanitation department, and then it was emphasized that the software should pay attention to integrated design and intensified integration application with methods of programming information resource based on the integrated sanitation construction. By strengthening data mining, the management system will realize the connection between health management service and the management process, the system and the fulfillment of the system, the partial medical service and the whole support effectiveness. Also it can help the microscopic hygienic service to be consistent with the macroscopic hygienic decision making and guarantee the efficiency of management.
