摘　　要：在对西安近代建筑作普遍调研的基础上,对西安近代建筑的发展阶段和发展动因进行了分析;对西安近代建筑在建筑类型、建筑艺术和建筑技术方面的发展特征进行了总结;并就其存在的地位和价值作了初步探讨。希望能够对包括西安在内的中国内陆城市近代建筑的研究有一定的推动作用。On the base of a general survey of modern architecture in Xi＇ an, this article analyzes its stages and reasons of development, then summarizes it＇s characteristics of the type, art and technique, and finally probes it＇s status and value to push forward the research work of modern architecture in Chinese inland cities besides Xi＇an.
