摘　　要：本文通过回顾我国住宅套型面积标准的发展过程,结合国家相关政策,阐述我国转型期住宅设计的发展方向以及中小套型高集成度住宅的设计要点。This paper reviewed the development of the standards of dwelling area in China, and discussed the developing trends of dwelling design in this transitional phase according to relevant domestic policies. It also pointed out some crucial points for the design of high- integrated medium and small-sized dwellings.
