黄芪对老龄人 CIC 及 CKs 水平影响的研究

摘　　要：本实验进一步证明人和哺乳动物免疫系统功能随衰老发生退行性变，循环免疫复合物（ＣＩＣ）增高，细胞因子（ＣＫｓ）紊乱。喂饲黄芪后，ＣＩＣ下降，可调节细胞因子，并对老龄人淋巴细胞有明显的保护作用，还可增强老龄人的抗病能力，证明黄芪是一种良好的免疫调节剂。The study indicates that the immune function of the elder and the aged mammal is very low.After treatment with AMB,the results showed that AMB could enhance the immunological function of the elder and decrease CIC levels,as the same time,AMB could adjust the secretion and activity of cytokines.So AMB is a good kind of immunomodulator.
