自血疗法联合氯柳酊治疗瘢痕性痤疮临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价自血疗法联合氯柳酊治疗瘢痕性痤疮的疗效。方法:入选患者65例,具有瘢痕倾向的痤疮患者,随机分为两组。观察组外涂氯柳酊,日2次,自血疗法,每周1次。对照组单独外用氯柳酊,方法同观察组。均维持治疗观察12周。结果:治疗4周后观察组的炎性皮损控制明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察期间,观察组瘢痕形成总数明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:自血疗法联合氯柳酊可有效的控制瘢痕性痤疮炎性皮损及瘢痕的形成。Objective ：To evaluate the curative effect of auto-blood and tincture of chloram salicylic acid for cicatricial acne.Methods：65 patients with acne vulgaris prone to scar were randomized to receive either anto-blood combined with tincture of chloram salicylic acid or tincture of chloram salicylic acid only for 12 weeks.Results：The number of inflammatory lesion counts in auto-blood group decreased significantly compared with that of control group from 8 to 12 weeks（P〈0.01）,and the same results in the new acne scar counts（P〈 0.01）.Conclusion：Auto-blood combined with tincture of chloram salicylic acid in the treatment of acne vulgaris prone to scar is effective, especially in decreasing the count of inflammatory lesion and new acne scar.
