天疱疮患者的护理

摘　　要：目的:总结天疱疮患者的护理经验。方法:回顾性分析我科自2000年1月～2006年12月收治的37例天疱疮患者的护理方法。结果:对照组治愈8例,好转9例,实验组治愈16例,好转4例。实验组治愈率(80.0%)比对照组治愈率(47.1%)高(P<0.05),差异有显著性。结论:天疱疮患者除了药物治疗外,采取积极、有效的消毒隔离措施,加强心理护理和健康教育可以提高治愈率。Objective：To summarize the nursing experiences in patients with pemphigus.Methods：The nursing methods in 37 patients with pemphigus from January 2000 to December 2006 treated in our department were analysed retrospectively.The patients were divided into two groups, 17 cases in the control group were collected from January 2000 to December 2003 ,while the other 20 cases in the test group from January 2004 to December 2006.Results：In the control group,8 cases were cured,9 cases were on the mend,the cure rate was 47. 1%;while in the test group,16 cases were cured,4 cases were on the mend,the cure rate was 80.0%.The cure rate in the test group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In addition to pharmaceutical treatment in patients with pemphigus, taking the positive and effective disinfection measures and strengthening the psychological nursing care and health education can improve the cure rate.
