摘　　要：介绍硬质合金拉铰刀在加工小孔径淬火钢中的应用及拉铰刀的结构、参数的选择及对冷却润滑液的要求。采用此刀具加工小直径淬火钢内孔,不仅加工精度高、加工质量稳定,又能大大提高刀具的使用寿命。The application of the carbide breach in processing small bore diameter chilled steel is introduced. The broach structure, parameters selection and requisition to metalworking coolant are also introduced. Vsing this tool to process small bore diameter chilled steel, not only has high process accuracy, stabilizes process quality, but also raises tools using lifetime.
