摘　　要：祁南煤矿是一个自然条件复杂的大型矿井。该矿结合目前矿井生产现状,积极探索安全高效矿井发展之路,在矿井生产布局及各生产系统的优化方面进行了一系列行之有效的设计工作,探索出一条建设高度集约化安全高效矿井的有效途径。Qinan Coal Mine is a large mine with complicated natural conditions. In combination with the current production situation, the development way of the safe and high effective is actively explored. A series of effective design work is in progress in the mine production layout and system optimization. A effective way of constructing the high intensive safe and high effective mine is explored.
