摘　　要：介绍了凤凰山铜矿碎磨系统长期不能达标达产的生产现状,研究了冬瓜山铜矿半自磨试生产实际及武山铜矿碎磨改造的成功经验,提出了砾磨机节能改造方案,并论证了增产节能效果。This paper introduces the condition of grinding process in the shortage of product size and capacity and the successful practiees in SAG mill trial in Dong-gua-shan Copper Mine and grinding process reform in Wushan Copper Mine. A energy-saving reform plan of the pebble mill in Feng- huang-shan Copper Mine is suggested and discussed.
