摘 要:微泡发生器作为浮选柱的核心部件,一直是浮选柱研究的重点,本文运用流体动力学软件 FLUENT 采用非结构化网格技术对不同喷嘴结构参数下微泡发生器内的流场进行了分析对比。结果表明,其它参数不变的情况下,气含率随喷嘴直径的减小而增大,而喷嘴入口锥角对气含率影响不大,最小总压(真空负压)随喷嘴直径的减小而减小,同时矿浆对喷嘴壁面的剪切力随喷嘴入口锥角的减小而减小,较小的入口锥角更有利于矿浆的流动。As a core part of flotation column, micro-bubble generator is the major research emphasis in the design offlotation column. Based on the technology of non-structure grid the flow field of micro- bubble generator is analyzed and contrasted in different condition of structural parameters of nozzle by using FLUENT. The results indicate that in the given parameters, the rate of gas holdup is increasing with the diameter of jet nozzle becoming smaller and the influence of the entrance angle of jet nozzle on the rate of gas holdup is small. Moreover, minimum total pressure(minus vacuum) is decreasing with the diameter of jet nozzle becoming smaller and the shear stress of slurry upon the jet nozzle wall becomes smaller with the entrance angle of jet nozzle smaller, that is, smaller entrance angle makes more for the flow action of the slurry.
