摘  要:对镇江内江水体中微生物群落的数量分布以及与主要环境因素的相关性进行了调查,结果表明:长江水体中微生物的功能群落数量从内江(4、5号采样点),北固山湿地(3、6号采样点)到岸边(1、2号采样点)随着污染程度的增加有增加的趋势;水体中微生物的数量与营养盐的含量密切相关,其中总异氧菌与BOD5的相关性r为0.952,有机磷细菌、无机磷细菌与TP的相关性r分别为0.893、0.865,氨化菌与TN、NH3-N的相关性r分别为0.921、0.899,硝化菌与NH3-N的相关性r为0.861;反硝化菌与NO3-N不具有相关性。The microorganism distribution in water body of Changjiang River at Zhenjiang city and the correlation between microorganism distribution and the main environmental factors were studied.The results showed that the microbial number in the sediment increased from internal river of Zhenjiang city(No.4,5 sampling points),Beigushan wetland(No.3,6 sampling points)to the bank(No.1,2 sampling points) with pollution becoming heavier.It was found that the microorganism amount has close relation with nutrient content.The correlation factor r of heterotrophic bacteria and BOD5 was 0.952.The correlation factor r of organic phosphorus decomposing bacteria,inorganic phosphorus decomposing bacteria and TP were 0.893,0.865,respectively.The correlations factor r of ammonifying bacteria and TN,NH3-N were 0.921,0.899.The correlation factor r of nitrifying bacteria and NH3-N was 0.861.Denitrifying bacteria and NO3-N have no correlation.
