摘　　要：目前政府按职工人数给公立医院财政补贴的方法弊端很多。作者提出了按门诊量、出院病人数、病床使用率等工作量进行财政补贴的建议。并以某中医院为例,探讨了补贴的操作方法。At present, the financial subsidies delivered by the govermnent to public hospitals base on the number of employee, which reveals multiple defects. In this article, the author advanced ideas about workload based financial subsidies, which is expected to be delivered according to the quantity of outpatient service and the number of discharged patients, utilization rate of ward beds, etc. With the example of a traditional Chinese medicine hospital, the operational approach of the proposal was discussed.
