摘　　要：为了探讨垂体性侏儒症的治疗新途径,将人胚胎腺垂体细胞培养3～6天,在其功能及形态处于最佳时,移植给10例Ⅰ型垂体性侏儒症患者。移植部位为正中隆起部。经过1年多的随访观察,患者的身高得到不同程度的增长,生长激素水平与术前比较有明显改善,周围靶器官也得到一定程度的发育。表明采用经培养的人胚胎腺垂体细胞移植治疗垂体性侏儒症是有效的。The embryonic anterior pituitary cells cultured for 3 to 6 days were transplanted to median eminence of 10 patients with hypophysial dwarf of type I. The follow-up survey over one year showed that in the patients the body height was increased in various degrees, growth homone (GH) levels was postoperatively increased and the development of the target organs was improved. The above results suggested that the transplantation in the treatment of hypophysial dwarf was effective.
