摘　　要：利用丰富的实践经验和智能化的计算机程序,构建了挤出滚圆法造粒专家系统,为工艺参数的探索提供快捷、精确的模式。该专家系统根据挤出滚圆法造粒工艺过程中的现象推理出各参数的选择方向,并给出相应的建议,解释产生现象的原因,指导造粒机的用户制备出高质量的球形微丸。Extrusion-spheronization granulation expert system was constructed with abundant practical experience and intelligent computer programs in order to provide shortcuts and precise modes for the exploration of technical parameters. On the basis of the phenomena in the process of extrusion-spheronization granulation, the expert system can deduce choice directions of different parameters and give corresponding advice as well as explain the reason of each phenomenon, which will instruct the users of granulators to produce high quality spherical pellets.
