摘　　要：驱动桥主动锥齿轮是水泥搅拌车的重要关键零件之一,它性能要求高、结构复杂、加工困难,目前对这种螺旋锥齿轮轴完整的加工工艺的描述还不多见。从原材料到成品零件的整个加工工艺过程进行设计,理论和实践相结合,以供生产和设计参考。The driving bevel gear of their axles is one of key parts in cement mixer lorry, with high performance, complex structure and manufacturing difficulties.At present, seldom is seen the complete description of the manufacturing technology of such spiral bevel gears.Design a complete manufacturing process of bevel gears from their raw materials to finished products, and combine theory with practice,aiming at giving a reference to the production and design.
