摘　　要：用三维设计软件Pro/E对塑料产品进行了建模及注塑模具设计,加工型腔程序的编制;同时用CAE分析软件MoldFlow对产品进行了注塑时的模流分析。经实际证明,应用CAD/CAE/CAM数字化技术于注塑模具生产中,节省生产周期,减少工人劳动强度,获得最佳的产品质量。The software： Pro/E was used to design product＇s model, design its mold according the model ,and programmed the NC codes for maching cavity of mold.A t the same time applying the software： MoldFlow to analyze the flow of plastic when injecting. Practic proved that applying CAD/CAE/CAM technology into the process of inject mould could save production cycle,reduce worker＇s work intensity, and get the optimal quality of product.
