摘 要:采用氧乙炔火焰喷熔法在Q235钢表面制备了镍基和钴基合金涂层.利用光学显微镜(OM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对涂层进行了组织和相结构分析,测试了涂层的硬度和抗汽蚀性能,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对两种涂层的汽蚀形貌进行了观察,探讨了镍基和钴基喷熔层的汽蚀破坏机理.实验结果表明:镍基和钴基喷熔层都优于常用于水利机械的抗汽蚀马氏体不锈钢ZG06Cr16Ni5Mo(16-5钢),适用于对水利机械零件进行修复和预防护.Ni-based and Co-based alloy coatings were made on the Q235 steel substrate by oxy-acetylene flame spraying and fusing. The microstructure and the phase structure of the coatings were analyzed by optical microscope(OM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The Rockwell hardness and cavitation erosion morphologies of the tested coatings were examined, and the cavitation erosion mechanisms were also discussed. The experimental results have indicated that Co-based and Ni-based alloy sprayed and fused coatings can provide a promising method to enhance the cavitation erosive resistance of hydro-machine components, and are suitable for repairing and protecting hydro-machine components from cavitation erosion, since their cavitation erosion resistance are better than hydro-machine material ZG06Cr16Ni5Mo(16-5) martensite stainless steel.
